1) Ensure that the radial runout of the three cylinders of plate cylinder, rubber cylinder and impression cylinder is within the allowable range. The roller is positioned by the tolerance of the eccentric sleeve participating in the coordination work, during which there must be a cumulative error. The more eccentric sleeves participating in the coordination work, the greater the cumulative error, which will directly affect the axial and diameter of the roller Orientation accuracy. Therefore, we should pay special attention to the clearance of the cooperation when installing the matching drum sleeve.

2) The axial movement of each cylinder must not exceed 0.03mm, otherwise it will cause print quality failure.

3) Offset printing is a unique printing method that requires dampening solution to wet the surface of the printing plate. The offset fountain solution contains acidic substances and surface active substances, etc., and there will be a certain degree of corrosion on the surface of the three cylinders of the printing plate, rubber, and imprint. Especially if the printing plate cylinder is exposed to fountain solution for a long time, if the printing plate cylinder is severely eroded, it will cause the unevenness of the surface of the printing plate, which will lead to the disadvantages of virtual graphic dots and local printing pressure. Repairing the plate cylinder is extremely troublesome.

In order to prevent the fountain solution from eroding the plate cylinder, the best way is to apply a layer of butter on both sides of the liner paper of the plate cylinder and rubber cylinder. Using the principle of oil and water repelling, the fountain solution cannot penetrate the plate cylinder and rubber Within the cylinder, to achieve the purpose of maintaining the plate cylinder.

4) For the impression cylinder, in addition to ensuring the same requirements as other cylinders, attention should also be paid to the normal function of the set of teeth for the impression cylinder. Printing faults such as inaccurate overprinting, tearing, wrinkling, and ghosting are mostly caused by abnormal gripper conditions. Therefore, while maintaining the impression cylinder, you should also pay attention to whether the gripper's gripper is working properly. It is often necessary to add lubricating oil regularly to keep it lubricated for a long time and work in a good lubrication state.

5) The printing cylinders should be kept clean. It is more important for the printing plates and rubber cylinders to ensure the cleanliness of the shoulder iron and a few of the exposed cylinder parts. If ink is stuck, they should be cleaned in time, otherwise they will be in the cylinder body. Long-term accumulation of ink around the four weeks into a lump. The agglomerated ink is located in the gap between the shoulder iron of the pressure roller, which affects the normal printing state of the cylinder, and will cause shock and jump at the bumps of the ink layer, causing failures such as inaccurate ink bars or overprinting.

6) If the components such as roller bearings and roller gear sleeves are not cleaned for a long time, the wear between them will be accelerated, which will be detrimental to the equipment. The impression cylinder is often exposed, and the cylinder body is often affected by various factors from the outside. Therefore, care should be taken for the impression cylinder body. After every shift, the work surface should be cleaned in time, the ink blots adhering to it should be cleaned, and the work surface should be kept clean.

7) During the process of use, we should also regularly check the clamping device of the plate cylinder and the rubber cloth curling mechanism of the rubber cylinder, and find out the problems in a timely manner, so that the cylinder components are kept in the best condition for operation.
